Ferielejligheden er et annex til et af de smukke gamle huse i Troense direkte ud til Svendborgsund.

Der er udsigt til sundet både fra lejlighed og terrasse som er sydvendt.

Der er parkering umiddelbart ved terrassen, hvor også indgangen befinder sig.

Lejligheden er fuldt udstyret med sengelinned, håndklæder og køkkengrej incl. kaffemaskine og toaster.

Badeværelset er med bruser, håndvask og toilet.

I stueplan befinder sig endvidere dobbelt sovesofa, spisekrog, samt tv og radio.

På hemsen er der en dobbeltseng. 

Lejligheden er bedst egnet til to personer og evt. et barn.
